Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment.
We use royal-mail, Anpost, Gls, UPS, and Hermes at the moment.
If you prefer next-day delivery*(Available for UK and Ireland only) an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
For track able shipment, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
If you placed your order more than 10 days ago on our option of 3-5 working day service and you still have not received delivery please contact us so we can investigate this for you.
Order placed after 1 pm will be dispatched the next day for delivery the following day. Orders placed after 1 pm on a Friday will be delivered on a Tuesday.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
