If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can request to return an item for a full refund within 10 days of receipt. please contact us to request you return authorization number. Goods are required to be in the original saleable condition. It is your responsibility to ensure that your items are packaged adequately to protect against damage. all oral care products are sealed internally, once this seal is broken/opened, that shows that the item has been tampered with. Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, we will charge you a reasonable sum for the reduction in value the goods have incurred.
Please tell us whether you wish to have a replacement or a refund. Your statutory rights within the European Union entitle you to a refund if you so wish. We will pay refund by crediting the account of the debit or credit card with which you have paid us. You are responsible for the cost of postage or other carriages to return your purchase to us.
Damaged Delivery -
If you receive a delivery and the item is damaged please refuse the delivery and notify us within 24 hours. If the damage is not visible until you open your parcel, please notify us within 48 hours. Please check all the contents of your order on receipt of goods. We are unable to accept returns of goods damaged in transit unless you notify us within 7 working days of receipt of your order. all oral care products are sealed internally, once this seal is broken/opened, that shows that the item has been tampered with.
Faulty Goods -
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return this item to us, in the original packaging, in accordance with your statutory rights. All items will be inspected and if deemed faulty we will replace or refund accordingly.

- Eligible returns will be refunded to the original form of payment for your purchase price or a gift card if it was a gift.
- Return refunds may take a few days to post to your bank or PayPal account.
- Email Gift Certificates can take 3-5 days to arrive in your inbox and post mail Gift Certificates usually deliver within 7-10 business days.
- Unfortunately, custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
- We regret that we cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipping.
- Please note that there are some special sales items that may not be returnable. It is stated on the product description page.
- Your item needs an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Giftthingz Customer Service.
Once your RMA was obtained, you should write it on your return package. It will be really appreciated if you can inform us of the tracking#. It is helpful for us to handle your problem more quickly.
If you requested a Replacement, we will reship a new to you once we confirm your return. Once we shipped the item out, we will inform you of the tracking number.
If you requested a Refund, we will issue a refund once we confirm your return. We will issue you a refund to your original payment method in 24 hours.
Giftthingz is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
Return label -
In some special cases, for our product's problem or any other problems caused by us, customers have the right to apply for an RL to return for free.
The return label is currently available for customers in the UK and Ireland
If customers don't apply for RL before returning, but just return it to us and pay the return shipping fee by themselves, we won't handle their shipping fee anymore.
Once your RL was approved, our customer service will make it and send it to you via email as soon as possible. And this RL also has a time limitation, so once you receive it, please use it as soon as possible.
As to how to use it, when you receive it, download it and print it out, paste it on the package. For other non-quality problems, shipping fee should be covered by the buyer
